This is fresh out of our rental stock. We rotate them quite a bit to keep them current and clean. It's been well maintained and we just put a new Condensate pump in it. It has been gone through and is ready to use on your jobs.
These are serious dehumidifiers and are low grain so they work in many more situations than the old refrigerant dehu's.
They rent for a lot more in Xactimate as well so the return on investment is quicker.
